STORAGE & HANDLING

As with all meat items, standard safe hygienic practices should be followed at all times to avoid deterioration.

KEEP FROZEN
All patties are individually sealed and frozen for your convenience. Patties should be kept in the freezer until required for feeding.

DEFROST safely
Place frozen patties in refrigerator and allow time for defrosting. If patties are required sooner place in hot water.

wash with soap
Ensure all utensils, work areas and hands are thoroughly washed with warm soapy water after being in contact with raw food.
